The location was great, only minutes from p4 with the hotel shuttle. The shuttle driver was very kind and the shuttle went between hotel and airport every 30 minutes. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. My spacious room had the biggest king bed I have ever seen and WOW, was it comfortable! It was like sleeping on a cloud! The pillows were also great and... a big plus for me, there were pillow protectors. The tv was enormous and even though the control was difficult to figure out, I was able to log in to my Netflix account and stream programs. Despite the fact that the hotel was full of people, it was very quiet all night. The room was spotless and every surface shining clean. A lot of care was taken to make it perfect for guests. The walk-in shower with a grab rail and glass doors sparkled and there was good water pressure and plenty of hot water. I liked the sink area being separate with a big mirror and good lighting. There were refillable pump bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap on the walls so all of those eventual needs were covered. The hotel does not have a restaurant but it does have a well-stocked shop to buy snacks, candy, drinks, sandwiches, fresh fruit and microwa meals, even wine! It is always time consuming to order take-out so I was pleased to find frozen pizza and lean cuisine to purchase and satisfy my tummy. A few minutes in the microwave and dinner is served! Breakfast was adequate and compared to other post-covid spreads, there was something for everyone: coffee, tea, juice, cereals with milk, yoghurt cups, hot oatmeal with condiments, omelets, fried potatoes, bread, bagels and English muffins and fresh fruit. You could even make pumpkin spice waffles and they were yummy! I would advise getting to the breakfast room early because it filled up very quickly around 8 am. Checkout was fast and easy and it was a quick ride back to the airport in the shuttleMany thanks for a great overnight stay!

The room was large with a very tiny window which was a pity. A hint to future customers, to reach the hotel from Newark airport you need to go by the 'Airtrain' (up the escalators from arrivals) and get the airtrain to P4. This is where all the airport hotel shuttles pick up from. You need to wait there for the orange hampton inn shuttle. There are two Hampton Inn's - one is the one at the airport which has 'newark airport' but is on the closest part to the airport. The other Hampton Inn also state 'newark airport' but is in Elizabeth and is a purple shuttle - be careful! Also if you have a flight early and need to leave the hotel before 6am there is no breakfast available. So if your flight is any time before 9am you will basically miss out on breakfast as the lines at the airport security are huge and you need three hours before your flight. The reception staff are great and very helpful. Would stay there again if I had to do an overnight early flight option.

The rooms were quite spacious and clean with a helpful staff. The staff at the reception was gracious enough to give me an early check-in. All major amenities that were listed in the booking were provided in the room and the hotel. The breakfast buffet was also good and decent enough but limited options for vegetarians. The airport shuttle which is to be provided mandatory by the New Jersey Port Authority was also good and the frequency was decent. The hotel is far from the city so you have to take the Train to go but near the Newark Airport which was ideal for my stay. Overall, the stay was good, the rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was helpful.

The room was clean and modern. It was good for our short stay - one night for early morning flight from Newark airport. The front desk asked if we wanted to schedule the morning shuttle to the airport which we did (recommend). Normal shuttle schedule is every 30 minutes. We scheduled for 6:30am which allowed us to have hotel provided breakfast which started at 6:00am. Ride to airport is less than 10 minutes. All hotel shuttles are required to pickup & drop off at P4 where you go up (elevator/escalator) to tram to terminals.

Comfortable beds, and the room was clean. I had checked into the Howard Johnson nearby and was disgusted by the filth. I was lucky to find a great deal for this hotel on booking dot com for that same night. The hotel shuttle is nice. Do not take the airport taxis! They are way over-priced and rude. Just take the shuttle and follow directions on how to get from the shuttles to the different terminals.
